This story is about a bunny spirit returning to his room to accompany a girl, his owner. Inspired by the passing of my bunny Tangdou two years ago, I reflect on the many farewells I’ve experienced with the animals I’ve rescued over the past decade. Parting with loved ones is difficult for everyone.

I want to create this story for those going through these moments, to remind them that our departed loved ones haven’t truly left us; they continue to accompany us in their own way.
